Terms & Conditions
- Payment is due prior to the start of the SAMAC Macadamia Day.
- I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own accommodation.
- I acknowledge that SAMAC will not be held liable for any personal loss and or injuries during the SAMAC Macadamia Day.
- A system-generated invoice with the bank details will be sent. Please ensure that you input the correct information. If there are any changes needed, contact Janine Koeries via email at janine@soafrica.com.
- You will receive an invoice within 72 hours of receipt of your registration. Please make payment on receipt of this invoice.
- Receipts will only be issued once proof of payment has been received and once the payment has cleared and identified in the SAMAC bank account.
- Proof of payment must be emailed to Juandre du Toit via email at juandre@samac.org.za.
- Please ensure to use your unique invoice number and “MacDay” as reference when making payment in order to trace your payment in our bank account.
- All payments must be made payable to the bank account listed on your invoice.
- Registrations are transferable to a delegate who has not yet registered. (request must be in writing to Janine Koeries via email at janine@soafrica.com)
- Delegates attending from countries outside South Africa are requested to make payment in South African Rands (ZAR) and are responsible for the bank charges. The full delegate registration fee amount invoiced must appear in the SAMAC bank account.
- No delegates will be allowed entrance to the SAMAC Macadamia Day without payment.
- No-show delegates will not be refunded.
Cancellations
- All cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail to Janine Koeries via email at janine@soafrica.com.
- Cancellations received before 15 August 2022 will receive a full refund, less a 10% administration fee.
- Cancellations received between 16 August and 15 September 2022 will receive a 50% refund, less a 10% administration fee.
- No refunds will be issued for paid registrations if cancellations are received after 16 September 2022.
- All refunds due will only be issued after the SAMAC Macadamia Day.
